You might notice this normal-type Nexomon spending more of its time resting. So, without further ado, here are the Nexomon Starters that you can choose from Vulazy Each monster can fall under a particular element such as electric, water, fire, ghost, psychic, mineral, normal, and plant. Here, you’ll experience a pretty difficult start that’s why it’s imperative to choose the best Nexomon starter that fits not only your play style but also who can withstand you among your most dangerous foes.Īside from being insanely adorable, these Nexomon Starters portray unique abilities and stats that can be suitable to any kind of player. In playing Nexomon, you’ll notice that the beginning of the game is quite different from the usual monster-collecting RPGs. Take note that there’s no turning back once you decide who will be your starting monster unless you start a new game again. To help you choose which starter you must choose, let this guide help you out. In playing Nexomon, you and your starting monster will share different exhilarating adventures, compelling battles, hardships, and trials. Just like the legendary monster-collecting game Pokémon, you’ll need to choose your very own starter monster who will be with you from the beginning of your exciting adventures. This RPG depicts a considerable similarity with the iconic Pokémon, where you’re tasked to collect various monsters that vary in shapes and sizes. It doesn't take itself too seriously, and I think overall that is a positive aspect of the game.Last 2017, another exciting role-playing game was published by VEWO INTERACTIVE INC – the Nexomon. It takes no shame in this, adding in small 4th wall breaks here and there that feel very tongue-in-cheek. While I didn't know this when first starting the game, apparently it was originally released as a mobile game. This, I felt, really encouraged the idea of simply swapping out your partners for more powerful ones whenever you could "swap up" while there's nothing inherently wrong with that, and it did mean that I got to experience a lot more variety of creatures than I ever do in a Pokemon game, it also meant that I didn't really have that strong personal connection with my partners that Pokemon often tugs on, a feeling which Nexomon also at times tries to emulate as well. There is also no way to nickname your Nexomon. It diverges from Pokemon in several ways, but especially in the fact that individual Coromon do not have personal stats instead, there's simply the stats for its species thus, a Bevy (one of the starters) at level 5 is just like any other Bevy at level 5. If there are any drawbacks to this game, I think it's in being a little more "simple" than it could. There's also a fairly extensive post-game that adds on to the base storyline, and gives you fresh opportunities to find and train new Coromon, as well as a fairly satisfying conclusion. The world itself is also very colorful and fun, it feels very vibrant, and it's a pleasure to see what each new area looks like. Each of the Nexomon has its own animated sprite, and the art of the game is overall just very impressive to me! I loved the designs, I constantly found myself torn between different Nexomons, swapping new ones in and out to see what cool abilities the new ones had! There are 310 in total, and each one has a really unique design! Some are very cute, some are very elegant, others look strong and powerful. The absolute best part about this game is the Nexomon themselves. If this sounds similar to Pokemon, it is, but I think the game has its own merits and really makes space for itself to be a fun experience! Nexomon is a creature-collecting and taming game, where you travel through the world accompanied by your pals, and try to unravel the mysteries that continue to unravel around you about the history of the world (primarily by battling other Nexomon trainers to prove your strength).
